Chase hero spotlight
Chase hero spotlight: Ardell The Torrent
What happened
Ardell The Torrent was the prize of the Ardell Chase, which ran between the Taranis and Senhachi chases. As with the other chases, players earned Crown Crowns in tournaments and spent them in the Event Shop.
Our take
- Chase only. Ardell isn’t in any summon pool, so the chase is the only way to get them so far.
- Debuff engine. Skill 2 puts 50% DEF Down on up to 10 enemies. Skill 1 moves a debuff onto a new target. The Ultimate adds Mindworm (no Passives for 18s), then extends up to 4 debuffs by 10s.
- Buff thief. Skill 3 hits for 640% ATK and steals 4 buffs.
- Hits hard. 13th-highest ATK of all 58 Legendaries when fully awakened.
- Where Ardell shines: S on Sakiel, Yskara and two Omnissi lists.
