Galvos
Galvos the Construct was made to deal as much damage as possible – and is almost impossible to out-damage.
Do
- Bring a Tank and Supports
- Have Invokers or Relics with Daze and Atrophy Tolerance
- Be on the move!
- Keep your Tank topped up with buffs
Don't
- Bring multiple Tanks. You want one dedicated defender drawing Galvos’ attention and taking all of your team’s buffs
- Rely on Auto. To avoid some of Galvos’ more lethal attacks, you’ll need to dodge in specific directions
- Neglect debuffs. You’ll need a balancer of debuffs and buffs to succeed in this fight
What it does
Deals 5% less damage per buff on the target and takes 5% more per debuff on him. Stack buffs on your Tank and debuffs on him.
- Rival
- His first combo marks one Invoker for 15s: they deal 50% more damage to him and take 25% more from him.
- Burning Salvo
- Atrophy, then a rocket barrage with a Daze that purges 2 buffs. Dodge the second hit.
- Seismic Pumps
- Expanding rings that Daze. Dash toward him to avoid them.
- Steel Entanglement
- Pulls everyone in, then Dazes after 5s. Move away in time.
- Combustive Power
- Burns a Power Cell for +30% ATK, +10% Crit Rate and +15% Crit DMG for the rest of the fight. Kill him fast.

Full boss briefing
Galvos is fully loaded with incredibly high ATK, high Crit Rate, and even higher Crit Damage. And if that's not enough, his damage increases according to the ATK stat of each Invoker in your team. The higher the ATK stat of each Invoker, the more damage Galvos deals to them.
However, there are ways to counter that – Galvos deals less damage to Invokers according to the number of Buffs they have. If you can bring strong Supports to ensure you're always stacked with buffs, you'll take a lot less damage right off the bat.
And to swing things in your favor even more, Galvos takes more damage according to the number of Debuffs he's under. Bring reliable debuffers that decrease Galvos’ ATK, Crit Rate, and Crit Damage to help mitigate his damage output AND increase your own team's output at the same time.
This fight is all about bringing the right Support Invokers, managing Buffs and Debuffs, and finding a way to deal enough damage all at the same time.
Bring high-output Supports to keep Buffs and Debuffs up throughout the fight, and bring a strong tank Tank that can take the brunt of Galvos’ damage, and you'll be on the right path to victory.
BONUS TIPS
Yes, while going all-out-attack with your team makes Galvos even more dangerous, it doesn’t mean you can forget about damage entirely. Galvos will get stronger each attack cycle, as he gains power from destroying Power Cells around the arena. If you don’t have enough damage to take him down quickly, his strength will snowball out of control – and you’re going to get crushed.
Stay on your toes and maximize your opportunity to deal and dodge damage. Can you stay inside the shockwaves and deal damage while Galvos is busy pounding the ground? Or after Galvos pulls you in with his chains, will you be quick enough to escape his follow-up attack?
Once you have your Buffs and Debuffs under control, keep an eye out for big damage opportunities to bring home the victory.
